SERVICES

Another Life facilitates workshops, sparring sessions, presentations, talks, and panel discussions, sharing our expertise and knowledge on representation, discrimination, safety, and mental health - with a particular focus on equal conditions and opportunities for all.

We support organisations, companies, cultural institutions, and artists within the music and cultural sectors in creating meaningful change and development towards a more accessible, representative, anti-discriminatory, and safe industry where everyone has equal access and opportunity to thrive.

Our approach is grounded in meeting people where they are. Through collaboration, dialogue, and practical exercises, we identify where and how to create a lasting and meaningful focus that supports long-term change.

Workshop catalogue

Our workshops are based on active participation and include specialised, subject-specific knowledge shared by our team. Participants leave with concrete tools and new perspectives on issues relating to representation, discrimination, and mental health. Examples of workshop topics include identifying barriers, developing solutions, and working with socially sustainable recruitment practices.

We offer workshops for groups of 5-40 participants. The format can be tailored to your specific needs, with a duration ranging from 1,5 to 6 hours.

Our sparring service is available to both small and large organisations. We have extensive experience supporting companies and organisations in the music and cultural industry - from developing small projects and campaigns, to conducting full programme analyses, audience research, and framework agreements.

Another Life can be booked to deliver presentations on topics such as representation, discrimination, well-being, socially sustainable recruitment, our reports, and related themes. Presentations can be held as part of a public event or arranged for a closed group - for example, at your workplace or within your organisation.

Another Life can be booked to participate in existing panels or to plan, curate and moderate one from scratch. When we curate and moderate a panel, it is always grounded on specialised knowledge presented in an accessible and engaging way. It is important to us that the participants contribute with up-to-date insights from a range of perspectives.

Panel topics typically address representation, mental health, and discrimination, with a focus on issues such as recruitment, responsibility, power structures, constructive criticism, and the economic dimensions of cultural work.
